WTSA: Annual Meeting Hotel Information

Due to overwhelming interest in the 36th Annual Meeting, the Ojai Valley Inn is currently SOLD OUT the nights of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, June 24 – 26, 2010. The Ojai Valley Inn is now maintaining a waiting list, and people will be notified as existing reservations are cancelled and rooms become available. To get on the waiting list, contact the Ojai Valley Inn directly at 805-646-1111 and mention that you are with the WTSA Annual Meeting (Group Code “WTSA10”).

The WTSA Room Rates are as follows:

$250.00*	for an Ojai Room
$280.00*	for a Shangri-La Room
$310.00*	for a Shangri-La Room with Fireplace or a Fireplace Mini Suite
*Plus 13% Tax and a one time fee of $7.50 per person for bell gratuities to and from your guestroom

ROOM DEPOSIT:
One room night charge at time of reservation

CANCELLATION POLICY:

*	Any Rooms cancelled before May 20th will result in NO penalties and deposit will be returned.
*	Any Rooms cancelled after May 20 but 14 days prior to arrival will result in a 2 night stay charge.
*	Any Rooms cancelled within 13 to 7 days of arrival will result in a 4 night stay charge.
*	Any Rooms cancelled within 6 days of arrival will result in a full stay charge.
