WTSA: Annual Meeting Hotel Information

Due to overwhelming interest in the 37th Annual Meeting, the Broadmoor Hotel is currently SOLD OUT on some nights. The Broadmoor Hotel is now maintaining a waiting list, and people will be notified as existing reservations are cancelled and rooms become available. To get on the waiting list, contact the Broadmoor Hotel directly at (866) 837-9520 and mention that you are with the WTSA Annual Meeting.

Additional Information Regarding Reservations at the Broadmoor:

Call the Broadmoor Hotel directly for housing accommodations. Phone: (866) 837-9520. Be sure to mention that you are with the Western Thoracic Surgical Association (WTSA) to receive the group rate. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or checkout for guests who fail to indentify their Western affiliation at the time a reservation is made. You may also make reservations online, but, again, you will not currently be able to secure a reservation that includes any sold out night. Group Rate is $340.00 a night plus: daily resort fee of $16.00 for single or double occupancy and $2.50 for each additional person, and lodging, city, and state taxes (approximately 9.4%). Cancellation / Change Notice Policy: In order to prevent a cancellation or change fee of one night’s room rate, any cancellation or reduction in arrival and/or departure dates must be confirmed no later than seven (7) days prior to arrival.
